She now has a tender, endearing way of showing love--gently pressing her head against you, soaking up every bit of love she can. She happily rolls onto her back for belly rubs and cherishes quiet moments of closeness, though she prefers to keep all four paws on the ground rather than being carried like a baby. Waffles is currently recovering in a foster home where she's been carefully crate-rested to allow her injury to heal properly. She rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and settles happily when given the chance to relax by your side.
