Meet Darby! Darby is a lovable 3 month old Beagle/hound mix puppy who currently weighs about 12 pounds and is full of charm, affection, and puppy sweetness. With his soulful eyes and happy personality, this little guy wins people over everywhere he goes. Darby absolutely adores his humans and loves being close to his people as much as possible—some might even call him a little on the needy side, but that just means he has an extra big heart and so much love to give. This sweet boy is wonderful with everyone he meets. He does great with kids and adults alike and is very friendly with other dogs. Darby is currently being fostered in a home with several dogs ranging from big to small, and he happily plays with all of them. He’s also good with cats and seems to make friends wherever he goes. His easygoing, social nature makes him a joy to have around. Like many hound-type pups, Darby loves to follow his nose and explore the world around him. Because of this, he should always be on a leash when outside or in a safely fenced yard so he doesn’t wander off on an adventure. He enjoys outings, is great in the car, and would love a family that includes him in their daily activities. He is working hard on house and crate training! Darby is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and will come with a health certificate prior to adoption. He’s a happy-go-lucky, loyal, and incredibly affectionate puppy who is sure to make a wonderful family companion.
