About Jojo
Jojo is a 2-year-old, large female Pit Bull Terrier mix with a short blond/tan coat. She came to the rescue when her previous owner recognized he didn’t have enough time for her, but Jojo hasn’t let that slow her down. She’s a cheerful, bouncy presence—always eager to leap into new experiences (sometimes literally, since she’s still fine-tuning her manners and tends to jump for attention). Since joining the rescue, Jojo’s already picking up new skills quickly, thanks to her eagerness to please. She is social and outgoing, considering every person she meets to be a friend and bringing real energy to the room. While she gets along well with other dogs and enjoys their company, she clearly prefers people and gravitates toward human attention. Jojo is both house and crate trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She also does well with kids and gets along with cats and dogs alike. Jojo’s ideal home is active, patient, and ready to help her continue learning good manners while giving her the affection she craves. She’s ready for adventures—and ready to be a loyal part of your family. Start your journey together! Apply now.
