About Ramon
Ramon had a rough start, surviving on the streets of Mexico with his friend Goyo and facing more than his fair share of hardship from people who didnāt want him around. After suffering injury and deep fear of humans, he arrived terrified into foster care. Over time, with patience, he learned a new reality where hands meant gentle pets, not pain. That trust, once shaky, now lets him approach with his tail wagging and accept affection. Heās smart, picks up commands quickly, and is exceptionally cleanāwaiting calmly for his turn outside, never making a mess in his kennel. Though Ramon's house training will need a bit more work, most rescues like him adapt rapidly to home life. Heās gentle and calm, eager to please, and his soulful brown eyes betray a resilience that's hard to deny. Ramon gets along well with children, dogs, and even cats, provided everyone in the home respects his boundaries. His leg, damaged on the streets, has healed; now he just needs a safe place and a family. In the right hands, all the warmth and loyalty heās held back finally gets a chance. Ramon is currently in foster care in Mexico but will fly to Oregon once adopted. Give him a place to call homeāheās got so much love left to give. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
