Meet Tiny Terrence! At only 8lbs, he's the smallest dog in the shelter but has the largest bark! He loves to announce himself loudly when he sees people or dogs on walks but is an excitable little puppy that warms up fast. He likes to perch on staff's shoulders like a parrot and has been making friends with some of the other small dogs. We think he's about a year old and looks like a tiny fox- probably a chi/pom mix.
