About Juniper
Juniper is more than just a looker. She is a sweetheart through and through. She is brimming with personality that is a delight to those around her. Juniper is a one-year-old Dutch Shepherd mix. She fits nicely into the medium range weighing around 45 pounds. Her zest for life is anything but minimal. She is the kind of pup who turns every moment into an adventure. With eager enthusiasm, Juniper is a great pal to other dogs, children over 5 and adults alike. She would be perfectly accepting of another canine or two that is already in her forever family. Although great with other dogs, Juniper would need a home that is cat free. This energetic girl has energy to burn and wants to please. She is toy/play driven more than she is food motivated. Juniper would thrive with someone who has working breed knowledge. Working off of her high energy level will benefit her as well as her forever family. Juniper lives in the fast lane so she knows a thing or two of how she would like to be motivated with work and play. She is as sharp as a tack as well. She has mastered commands such as sit, down, stay, wait and leave it. There is always room to learn more and Juniper is just the gal to take it all in. There is a learning curve when going into a new family, but Juniper is a bit ahead of that curve as she is already house and crate trained. She continues to learn her leash walking skills, but we know this gal is a smart one and she will pick up leash walking in a short amount of time. It is important to remember that although Juniper is housetrained, accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment. Juniper will thrive where she will have room to run, play, and explore. Whether you are chasing trails, tossing a ball in the backyard, or snuggling up after a long day, she will be right beside you with her tail wagging, eyes bright, and spirit ready. If you are searching for a pup full of promise, joy, and boundless potential, Juniper is ready to steal your heart.
