About Bruno

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Bruno, your future shadow, snuggle buddy, and best friend! This striking Blue Doberman is ready to win your heart—and quite possibly your favorite spot on the couch. About 1.5 years old, Bruno’s background remains a mystery, but what’s clear is his pure excitement to be out of the shelter and loving life in his foster home. Bruno thrives on human closeness and greets you with enthusiastic, full-body wiggles and the happiest smile. If you sit, expect him to climb into your lap for a cuddle; his greatest joy is cozying up for a good nap next to his people and even sharing the bed if allowed. Currently, he’s living happily with a Doberman foster sister—playtime and toy-sharing are daily highlights, and Bruno’s sweet, easygoing personality shines through their antics together. Though he spent much of his life in a shelter, Bruno impresses with excellent house manners. He relaxes quietly on the couch while you move through your day, kennels well when left alone, and adjusts quickly to new routines. Bruno is an eager learner who responds well to gentle corrections, especially for an occasional episode of counter surfing. He wows with his leash skills—walks are a favorite, though he’s so excited he sometimes needs a reminder to slow down and enjoy the sights! Given his exuberant greetings, he may do best in a home with older children to avoid accidental tumbles. Bruno already knows some basic commands and is highly motivated to please. His joy for life and loving, gentle spirit make him an ideal companion for a family looking to share love, guidance, and plenty of cuddles. Bruno is ready to say goodbye to his shelter days and begin a wonderful new chapter with his forever family. Qualified adopters will need to visit him at his foster home within Doberman Rescue Minnesota’s approved area. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
