Finnegan is a 7-year-old AKC-registered Australian Shepherd with the sweetest soul and the most expressive eyes. He spent his life with a mom who clearly adored him and made sure he was well-trained and loved. Sadly, due to her progressing dementia, she can no longer care for him, and Finnegan is now looking for a new family to love. He is a gentle, easygoing boy who knows his commands and enjoys being close to his people. Finnegan is happiest hanging out with you, but he also loves playing in the backyard or going for a nice walk. Like many dogs going through big life changes, he is a little confused and nervous at what’s going on, but he is still as sweet as can be. Finnegan is good with all people and other dogs. He has not been tested with cats yet. He is healthy, up to date on all medical care, and ready to start his next chapter. This good boy deserves a soft place to land and a family to call his own!
