About Elvis
Blue and Elvis need to be adopted together—they've been side by side since they were pups and share a strong bond that keeps them happy and settled. Both are from a loving home that couldn't care for them any longer, so the shelter has been a big adjustment. These boys are potty trained and seem comfortable in crates. They haven't lived with cats before, but they've done well with other dogs and children. Elvis, an Australian Shepherd mix around six years old, takes a calm and mellow approach to life. He likes treats and prefers slow moments cuddled close to his people, sometimes squeezing onto a lap just to be closer. Blue, closer to five and with a splash of Lab in his looks, is more lively with striking blue eyes and a habit of offering his paw for a greeting. He perks up for snacks and already knows some basics like 'sit' and 'shake.' Both are fully vetted and ready to head home together. They're hoping to keep their shelter stay short and get back to being a team in a loving new place. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
