About Blue
Blue and Elvis are a bonded pair looking for a home together—a duo with a strong connection formed from years of living side by side. These two boys recently found themselves at the shelter after their previous owner could no longer care for them, and the transition to shelter life has left them a bit unsettled. They've grown up in the same home since they were pups, and they thrive on being together. Separation simply isn't an option for their well-being. Both dogs have experience living indoors and are fully potty trained, with signs they are also comfortable in a crate. Blue, a Labrador mix with striking blue eyes and a curious streak, is about five years old. He’ll do just about anything for a treat and seems to know "sit" and "shake." Elvis, believed to be an Aussie mix, is the more mellow of the pair at around six. He’s food motivated too, but gentle and prefers to lounge close to his people, or often right in a lap if he gets the chance. While they haven’t been cat tested, they seem likely to do well with other dogs and kids based on their personalities. Both are fully vetted and ready to find a new place to call home. If two easygoing, affectionate companions sound right for you, Blue and Elvis are waiting for a fresh start together. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
