Poppy Needs A Forever was found near a busy expressway, still dragging an old leash and dangerously underweight, but she landed safely in rescue just in time. She’s only about a year old and has a short, fawn-colored coat. Despite a rough start, Poppy is a sweet, gentle soul who lights up when there are squeaky toys around. She bonds fast, loves to explore, and fits right in with other dogs. Poppy is crate trained, house trained, and up to date on all her shots. She’ll be spayed soon. For Poppy, a fully fenced yard is a requirement, and she’ll do best in a home with children at least seven years old. Cat compatibility is unknown.
