Silas is a sweet, playful mixed-breed dog looking for a new home after his previous owner had to surrender him. At a medium energy level, Silas enjoys both activity and downtime. At just under four years old (born July 19, 2022), he’s got a lot of life ahead of him—and as a Cancer, he tends to have a sensitive, loyal side. Silas is best suited for any home that’s ready to keep him active and engaged. A fenced yard is preferred but not required. Silas is neutered, vaccinated, and fully house trained. He quickly wins people over with his friendly, active personality and does well with children. He’s not a fit for households with cats, but he thrives on companionship and play. Silas is adaptable to many home routines and will benefit from basic training refreshers in his new environment. If you’re looking for a dog that brings heart and energy, Silas could be your match.
