About Kingston
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Kingston’s journey began as a tiny bottle puppy, found and raised by a devoted rescue before being adopted at just 12 weeks old. Now, at 3 years old, this sweet and eager-to-please German Shepherd mix has found himself back in caring hands after a bite incident prompted by a lack of boundaries around children. Since returning, Kingston has worked hard in a board and train program, where his trainer says he has been nothing but sweet, attentive, and eager to learn. He is house trained, crate trained, and reliably follows basic commands. Due to his bite history, Kingston must be placed in a home without children under 12 and his adopter will be required to sign a bite disclosure. A loving, understanding adopter who sees the good boy behind his past is exactly what Kingston needs. He needs a leader to guide him with love and structure, helping him thrive in a patient, adult household. Thank you for considering Kingston from Hank's Legacy Foundation.
