About Pancake Breakfast Litter

Meet Pancake and the Breakfast Litter! They came to us on February 23rd from another rescue that transported them from a rural shelter where an Amish breeder had surrendered them because they were mixed breed. Apparently, some other dog mated with their Jack Russell female. We were told that they were born on Dec 11th; however, we feel like these puppies were born closer to Jan 1st. There are 4 boys and one girl in the litter, making them the opposite of our Valentine's Litter! Pancake is the largest of the litter and is being fostered with his brother Sausage. They are learning so much from the other dogs in the home. They are doing great at potty training and picking up basic obedience and they just love to run around outside and play all the time! They are great cuddlers once they finish playing. Since we do not know what breed the dad was and these two are twice as large as the smallest two they could be from a large breed dad, or they may even be from an older litter. At this time, we are looking for adopters who can continue their potty and obedience training. Pancake is having some reactivity to new people so he is working on confidence building and socialization right now. He will do best in a home with other older, confident dogs to help him through this second fear period. He will chase cats so we do not recommend he go to a home with one. Must live in the Columbus area and meet all other adoption requirements. Please send an inquiry today if you are interested in adoption.
