Jersey lost his home when his elderly owner moved into care, so he’s now starting over at eight years old. He's a neutered male Jack Russell Terrier mix, medium-to-large in size, around 40 pounds, and sports a short bicolor coat. Jersey already walks on a leash, rides calmly in the car, is crate trained, house trained, and knows basic commands. He prefers a home with access to a fenced yard since he’s energetic and used to having that space. Jersey gets along with laid-back dogs and non-reactive cats, and could do well with older children.
