My name Libby - I am a a sweet puppy at 3 months old! I weigh under 23# I have been around toddlers; adults; but love teenagers that enjoy cuddling me they are my favorite. Other puppies and dogs are just family, if they like me I will like them. But I've never seen a cat, so not sure if I like them.
