About Oink

Oink has been a quiet presence at the rescue since 2020, patiently waiting for a home to call his own. He has classic tabby markings that may not shout for attention, but his gentle nature stands out to anyone who takes the time to notice. Oink isn’t one to demand affection—he prefers to sit back, observe, and reward you with purrs and a silly, high-pitched meow if you talk to him. Bring out a feather toy and he’ll show you he still loves to play. While Oink may initially be cautious when meeting new cats, he quickly wins them over and has become a comforting figure to many, earning the title of "Uncle Oink" as new arrivals end up snuggling by his side. He’s seen countless companions come and go but has remained overlooked himself. Oink is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has tested negative for FELV/FIV. He must be kept indoors, and his adopter must not declaw him. Oink is ready for someone to finally choose him. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
