BOO BEAR was surrendered to the Smith county dog shelter after her owner was arrested. She is a very sweet cat but a little nervous in a foster home of cats and a big dog (she’s still a bit defensive around the dog). However Boo Bear is very loyal to her foster mom, likely only the second human she’s bonded with in her lifetime. She follows foster mom around and loves to snuggle nearby. She’s mothered little James and Earl in her foster home but she hasn’t made any other cat friends. We think she is around 2 years old. There’s something indescribable about Boo that makes her special, and we hope a furever home comes so she can be spoiled. We think Boo Bear will flourish in a quiet home without a dog or too many cats. BOO BEAR is spayed, vaccinated, FELV/FIV negative, and HomeAgain microchipped.
