Meet our lovely pup, Willow. She is 10 years old and is now safe and sound in rescue after enduring horrific abuse. Her transformation in the short amount of time we’ve had her has already been remarkable. On the outside, her skin is healing, her coat is growing back, and she is putting on much-needed weight. She is getting more beautiful every single day. But even more important is how she is healing on the inside. When she first arrived, she was completely shut down and had given up on life, which is very understandable after everything she has been through. With the wonderful care and love she has received from the doctors and volunteers, her spirit is shining through. Her tail is wagging all the time, she loves getting belly rubs, and she has even started to play. She also loves other dogs. This girl is the true poster child of rescue, and we can’t wait to share her continuing transformation from a broken dog into a loved, happy, and healthy pup. ❤️
