About Coal
Coal is a lively young pup who fills his foster home with playful energy. He’s still figuring out the rules of being a house dog and already uses puppy pads if he can't make it outside, which is pretty impressive for his age. Toys are new territory for him, and he’s starting to get the hang of them, especially when there’s someone to play with him. Coal’s working on basic commands like "sit" and "stay," but his enthusiasm for playing with people can get in the way of long periods of stillness. Living with kittens, he’s embraced naptime in the oddest places—often cuddled up at the bottom of the cat tree with a new feline friend, wondering how they climb higher. Despite not having the cats’ acrobatic skills, he's determined to keep up. Coal gets along well with cats and children, making him a good fit for many families. He’s just at the beginning of his story and is ready for someone to help shape his future. Coal is in Biloxi, MS. Start your journey together! Apply now.
