About Buckwheat
Meet Buckwheat! Buckwheat is a young gray and white kitten who arrived at the rescue along with his mom and siblings. He’s a little skittish, but enjoys hanging out with his foster parents and is at his happiest when he's playing with his foster siblings. Chasing strings, wrestling, and tag are his favorite ways to pass the time. Buckwheat is currently fostered in an adult-only home without dogs. His shy nature means he will likely do best in a home without dogs and with older children who respect his space. He absolutely needs another kitten or young cat as a buddy to help him feel secure and grow his confidence. If you’re considering adopting more than one kitten, Buckwheat and one of his foster siblings would make an excellent pair. Buckwheat is neutered, litter trained, and up to date on vaccinations. Adopting him includes his vetting, tests, and vaccines, all covered under his adoption fee. Fun fact: Buckwheat is a Sagittarius, which explains his love for playful exploration.
