About Joey
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Joey is a remarkable adult Domestic Short Hair cat looking for her forever family. Born on April 10, 2023, Joey is an Aries, which means she’s likely full of heart and always ready to explore new adventures! Despite enduring a challenging start to life with a stubborn upper respiratory infection, Joey’s spirit never wavered and she continues to shine with affection and playfulness. Joey is incredibly friendly and known for her loving nature—she greets everyone as a friend and would make an outstanding therapy cat. Her stunning short coat boasts beautiful markings in black, brown, silver, and cream. For her lifelong wellbeing, Joey’s adopter should be prepared to offer extra veterinary care due to her chronic rhinitis, which may require ongoing management but certainly doesn’t dim her bright personality. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Joey is also house trained, making her the ideal companion for many homes. For Joey’s health and happiness, it’s highly recommended that she joins a home with another feline friend (her sister Maeve is available, too!), and there are adoption discounts when adopting pairs or as a returning adopter. New cat parents are encouraged to educate themselves to ensure a smooth welcome for their new kitty. Start your journey together! Apply now.
