Meet Buddy Buddy has had a tough start in life, and it's left him a little unsure of the world. But he has come such a long way and continues to make progress every day. With patience, love, and understanding, Buddy will keep gaining confidence in his new home. Buddy would do best in a quiet home with a single woman and no children. He doesn't mind having another small dog around, but he's more of a "nap together" kind of friend than a playmate. He does enjoy going on walks, but he will need continued training, as he can sometimes slip out and run. A secure environment and someone willing to work patiently with him will help him succeed. He will also need a patient adopter to continue helping him learn to go outside for potty breaks. Buddy may need a little extra time to feel safe, but once he trusts you, he will be a very special companion.
