Earnhardt has that classic movie-star dog look, and his personality is just as irresistible. He's also that perfect "not-too-big, not-too-small" size we hear so many adopters looking for! Earnhardt weighs in at 39 pounds (although he could benefit from losing a few) and appears to be a Hound mixed breed. This handsome pup is around 6 months old. Earnhardt has wiggles for days. Since arriving at HSOC, he has been SO excited to meet every single staff member and volunteer. He's a total goof, but we can already tell there are some brains in there, too. He quickly learned how to sit (no treat required!) and has already started figuring out the HSOC routine. You might be shocked to learn Earnhardt was an owner surrender, but you'll be less surprised to hear it was absolutely no fault of his own. Due to unforeseen housing circumstances, his owner had to make the difficult decision to bring him somewhere safe while he waits for his next chapter. His previous owner had many wonderful things to say about him, and so far every word has proven true. Earnhardt is a fabulous dog, and we can't wait to see him light up someone's world.
