Gabriel is a sweet boy who was originally found as a stray but has been living in a home. He came in with three other cats and has done well living with other feline friends in the past. He can be a little shy at first, but once he gets comfortable he warms up nicely and loves attention. Gabriel enjoys being the center of attention and is a big fan of cuddles once he trusts you. He also has a playful side! Gabriel loves toys that crackle and even enjoys playing in water. Gabriel would do best with someone who can give him a little time to settle in so his sweet personality can shine. Change is hard for this cat. This cat will be very nervous when you first bring them home. You will need to set up a room with a litter box, food, and water. It will take days for this cat to become comfortable and confident in the new home. This cat will be going home with a behavior plan that will need to be followed in order for everyone to transition successfully. This cat has specific litterbox needs. When you bring this cat home they will need to be set up in a room by themselves. You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available cats in the shelter.
