Meet Ernie, the most precious pup! This adorable puppy was rescued from an overcrowded shelter and is now settling into a loving foster home. Now that he is safe and cared for, he is getting the chance to learn what it means to be a happy, carefree puppy. He is about 4 months old and weighs 12 pounds. We expect him to be a medium size adult dog. His breed is a guess, but he sure is cute. His mom is a 21 pound rat terrier mix. Like most young pups, he is still learning the basics of house training and everyday manners, but he is doing great and improving every day. With patience, love, and consistency, he will grow into a wonderful lifelong companion. He loves playing with toys, exploring new surroundings, and having fun with other dogs.
