About Phoenix
Phoenix is a striking young pup, likely a mix of Pit Bull Terrier and Husky. At around four months old, she’s still growing into her long legs and unique look—tan and black with a short coat that always seems to catch the light. Phoenix and her brother River ended up at the rescue after starting life in the Phelan desert area. Despite a rough beginning, Phoenix approaches everyone with curiosity and an easy warmth. She loves the company of other dogs, seems genuinely comfortable with cats, and her gentle, playful energy would likely be a good fit for families with kids. Phoenix isn’t house trained yet, but she’s quick to pick up new things. She’s vaccinated and already spayed, which makes her ready for a jump start in her new life. You’ll find her thriving in an environment where she’s with people who don’t mind a little puppy chaos—she’s playful, affectionate, and wants to be involved in whatever’s happening. If you’re looking for a spirited young companion to shape into your ideal family dog, Phoenix could be it. Your new best friend is just one click away.
