HARLEY (now Ricky) was 2 years old when he was found as a stray in Waterbury. He was adopted out 3 years ago, but he owner is no longer able to take care of him. She writes that "Ricky loves to nap in his cat bed in the sun. He is a little shy, but once the room calms down, he wants to be the center of attention.
