Cami is a beautiful, leggy retriever mix with soft brown eyes and a gentle spirit. This sweet girl came to WAG with a big responsibility-caring for a litter of nine healthy puppies. Now that her pups are weaned and beginning their own adventures in forever homes, it's finally Cami's turn to find the safety, love, and stability she deserves. With motherhood behind her, Cami is blossoming. She has settled in wonderfully with our volunteers and is beginning to show her playful, affectionate personality. She enjoys attention, leans in for pets, and is clearly soaking up the care she may not have had much time for before. Cami also walks nicely on a leash and enjoys getting out to explore with her human friends. We'll be introducing her to some doggy companions soon, but for now we're making sure this brave, devoted mama gets plenty of extra love and attention.
