This handsome little guy is a Shepherd / Plott Hound mix, which means he’s likely to grow into a smart, athletic, loyal dog who loves having a job—even if that job is just keeping an eye on his people and supervising backyard activities. Right now Benji’s favorite hobbies include: • stealing toys from his siblings • carrying around ropes that are twice his size • investigating every leaf, stick, and mysterious smell in the yard • and occasionally stopping long enough for cuddles. He’s playful, curious, and already showing the intelligence that both Shepherds and Plotts are known for. With the right family, Benji will grow into an incredible companion who will happily join you for walks, hikes, playtime, and lazy evenings at home. Because he’s still a puppy, Benji will need a family ready for training, patience, and lots of puppy shenanigans, but in return you’ll get a loyal best friend who will stick by your side for years to come.
