Harley, Female, 3 years old, 60 pounds Meet Harley! This super sweet 3 year old shepherd mix gal is dreaming of being back in a loving home. Harley is a friendly, absolutely beautiful dog. Harley is house trained, crate trained, and previously lived with older children and cats. Harley is good with other dogs out and about, but would prefer to be the only dog in her new home. Harley- she’s guaranteed to be such a wonderful companion! Harley is Heartworm positive and recently received her first treatment. Next HW treatment is scheduled for 4/10, and adopters will need to bring her back to FAPL for this, at no additional cost. No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
