Kirby, Male, 4 years old, 49 pounds Meet Kirby! This 4 year old shepherd mix is a fun, friendly, playful guy!! Kirby came to FAPL from a home with another dog, and cats. (Although unsure on his compatibility in the home with cats.) He’s an energetic soul who would love an active adopter, and a stable home. Kirby is still working on gaining a few more pounds, to get back to his most handsome self!! Come on in and meet him today! No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
