FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Porter! Porter is a 2-year-old, 48 lb Lab/Doberman mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter after his previous owner could no longer care for him. This sweet, medium-sized boy has a gentle nature and the most heart-melting smile. Porter can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but it doesn’t take long for his loving personality to shine through. Once he feels comfortable, he loves being close to his person and will happily stick right by your side. He’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and always ready to soak up attention. He has done great with both people and other dogs and has a calm, kind demeanor that makes him a joy to be around. Porter is also very treat-motivated, which will make continuing his training and building his confidence a fun and rewarding experience. With his soulful eyes, gentle personality, and sweet smile, Porter is truly a special boy who’s ready to find a loving home where he can feel safe, cherished, and part of the family. Porter is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.
