Peggy is the sweetest cat you could ever meet and this petite dilute tortie would make a wonderful addition to anyone's home. She was living in the apartment of an apartment complex either dumped there or abandoned by previous owners. She obviously had a family at one time because she is such a sweetheart. She is ready to leave the shelter and find her family that will keep her inside and safe and not ever leave her again having to fend for herself or from the handouts of strangers.
