About Riley
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Riley! Riley is a sweet and loving dog who is almost fully housebroken, with the exception of a few rare morning accidents. He's making great strides in his foster home, where his caregivers are getting to know him better and helping him shine. Riley is truly a work in progress—he’s currently underweight, so the foster and vet team are focused on helping him gain strength and confidence. As a sensitive soul, Riley feels a little anxious when left alone, so for now, he is crated when by himself to prevent any destructive anxiety behaviors while he learns to feel more secure. The rescue is exploring options with their vet, including behavioral support, to set Riley up for long-term happiness. A patient and loving home will be perfect for him, especially someone who understands that anxious dogs thrive with time, consistency, and lots of compassion. What truly helps Riley is having another friendly dog for company—he feels safer and more at ease with a doggy friend by his side. If you have a resident pup and a gentle heart, you could make a world of difference for Riley! Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
