After Donna was surrendered to Downey Shelter by her owner for unknown reasons, shelter staff and volunteers advocated for her rescue. They noted her sweet, gentle personality, how nicely she walks on leash, and that she is great with other dogs. We happily welcomed Donna as a Frosted Face on March 9th.
