After Brownie was surrendered to Downey Shelter by her owner for unknown reasons, shelter staff and volunteers advocated for her rescue. They noted how good she is with other dogs and her loving, gentle personality. We welcomed Brownie as a Frosted Face on March 9th. She is only 8 years old and weighs 61 lbs.
