A Labrador Retriever girl. Which means I wake up every morning convinced the world is the greatest place that has ever existed. Did you know hands are for kisses? I did. That's why I nibble on them gently and cover them with little puppy smooches. Faces are even better. If you sit down, I will climb right up and say hello properly. Sometimes that means landing directly on your nose. I promise it's because I love you already. I like grass. I like toys. I like chasing things that may or may not actually be moving. Sometimes I run in circles because running feels wonderful. Then I get very sleepy and fall asleep right next to you like we've been best friends forever. People tell me I'm sweet. They say I'm playful and full of joy. I don't know about all that. I just know that when someone scratches my ears and tells me I'm a good girl, my whole body wiggles. I am still a baby, so I'm learning about the world. I will need someone to teach me things like manners and leash walking and which shoes are not actually toys. But I promise I will try very hard. Especially if snacks are involved. What I really want is a home. A place where I can run, play, snuggle, and grow up with people who laugh when I do silly puppy things.
