Hi. My name is Tiger Lily. I am three months old. Female. Labrador Retriever. Which means I wake up every morning ready to see what the day has planned for us. Sometimes the day starts with zoomies across the living room. Sometimes it starts with me sitting politely and staring at you until you notice how cute I am. Both methods work. I am still very much a baby. I tumble through life with floppy ears, curious eyes, and a tail that seems to wag even when I'm sleeping. Everything is new. Everything is interesting. The world smells incredible. Your shoelaces. That leaf in the yard. The mysterious squeaky toy that must be investigated immediately. I like to play. I like to cuddle. I like to climb into laps that are slightly too small for me because I believe all humans are built specifically for holding puppies. People say I have a sweet heart and a joyful spirit. I believe them. Because when someone scratches my chest or tells me I'm a good girl, I feel like my whole body turns into sunshine. I will grow up one day. That's what everyone says. But right now I'm still a little Labrador learning how to be a dog. I'm learning about toys. About naps. About how wonderful it feels to belong to someone. So I'm looking for my person. My family. The ones who will laugh when I trip over my own feet and celebrate when I learn something new. I promise to bring the fun. And the snuggles. And the kind of love that only a puppy can give. And I think we might be meant to meet.
