Meet Tater Tot: The Smallest Spud with the Biggest Heart! If your life is missing a little starch and a whole lot of soul, meet Tater Tot! This 2-year-old Chiweenie is only 11 pounds, but he packs a lifetime of love into his tiny frame. Tater is currently looking for his forever family after his owner reached out to ensure he finds the perfect next chapter. This little guy is a social superstar. He absolutely loves his furry friends and has a signature move: rolling around and "pushing" during playtime. He is Kid-Approved and loves his is tiny humans! He's gentle, fun-loving, and ready to be a loyal companion to a respectful kiddo. When the playtime "zoomies" are over, Tater transforms into a world-class cuddle bug. He's a 11 pound weighted blanket who just wants to be near his person. At his size, he's the perfect co-pilot for errands, road trips, or just hanging out on the couch. Tater Tot is coming into rescue through no fault of his own-his owner simply wants the best possible future for him. He's ready to handle the big changes with a wagging tail and anxious is to bring his "spud-tacular" personality to a home that will cherish him forever! Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels. Labels are necessary for postings to many animal networking sites, such as our website, Chewy, Pet Finder, and others. These are in no way a guarantee. Additionally, exact age and potential size cannot be guaranteed. ***Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it's the perfect match!
