Winnie’s Story Winnie is a sweet Chihuahua / Shih Tzu mix puppy looking for her forever home. At 13 weeks old, she is full of curiosity and puppy charm. Winnie is friendly, affectionate, and loves being around people. She is playful and enjoys exploring her surroundings, and she will grow into a wonderful little companion.
