This boy is a party waiting to happen! Chip, fondly called "the frat boy" by his foster mom (because he is all about the fun) is looking for his forever home! She also says he's cuter than anything! This boy LOVES to play with another dog...so a home with another party boy (or party girl) would be most ideal! He's only around nine pounds but carries his huge personality around like no big deal. He's estimated to be between 1 and 1.5 years old. He's been living in a foster home with both dogs and cats. We're not sure EXACTLY what kind/type of cat might work out for Chip--he seems to leave the older cats alone for the most part but loves to play with the young ones--and his play can be a bit much for the small kitties; supervision has been key.
