She is a medium energy pup who plays hard and crashes hard — the classic puppy way. She'd make an excellent addition to any family ready to welcome a fun-loving pup into their home. Rumi has been excellent with every dog she's met, from a 30-pound pup to a 100-pound Great Dane, and loves a good wrestling match or romp in the yard. She hasn't met a cat yet, but her easy-going nature suggests she'd likely do just fine with a feline sibling. She has been around a 7 and 9 year old and done great. Rumi loves raiding the toy bin for stuffies, balls, and bones, so keeping her stocked with plenty of chews and toys will keep her happy. She is crate trained, spending 5-6 hours crated during the day and overnight without issues. As a typical pup, Rumi is working on her potty training — she's even started ringing the bells to go outside, just not quite consistently yet. She'll continue to thrive with a regular schedule and routine. She is learning her leash manners and improving every day. Rumi's playful heart will have you completely smitten in no time.
