Charles: Chiweenie, 9 yrs., 13 lbs. Charles is friendly and perky for his age. Poor Charles was found wandering the streets and is now in a shelter. No one has come to claim him so he’s waiting for a better home than he had where someone will be around most of the time and give him the attention he deserves in his senior years.
