Coco: 8 yrs, 9lbs, female, brindle Stewie: 8 yrs, 12lbs, male, white Coco and Stewie have spent their lives together, and while they could adjust separately, we believe their best chance at a truly happy next chapter is together. They are doing amazing in their foster home in Houston, TX. Coco is the gentle soul of the duo. She’s calm, quiet, and deeply affectionate — the kind of dog who just wants to be near her person, soaking up love and reassurance. She does well with other dogs but prefers her own space and would thrive in a peaceful home. Coco has lived with teenagers and does well with older, dog-savvy kids (we recommend ages 5+). She hasn’t lived with cats, but based on her temperament, we don’t anticipate issues. Stewie brings the balance. He’s more playful, curious, and spirited — a sweet boy who still enjoys fun and movement. He can be timid around larger dogs and may need a little time to build confidence, but once he feels safe, his personality shines. Stewie takes comfort in Coco’s presence, and together they provide each other a sense of security. They’ve been family dogs, loved and cared for, but due to circumstances outside their control, they’re now looking for a home that will offer patience, consistency, and kindness.
