Copy and Paste https://forms.gle/Qrp8LB91kAhKjawP6 Princess is a 45-50 spay female terrier Pittie mix approximately four years of age date of birth 11-14-2021. She was adopted through a high kill shelter and then returned due to being too energetic! She was slated to be killed due to being too energetic and too happy—what!!! She is up to date on all her shots, heartworm negative, and on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention. She is crate trained and is house trained potty trained. She was a high energy dog when I first got her but she has settled down well knowing she is safe and loved. She enjoys car rides and squeaky toys. She knows her commands but gets excited and jumps up for attention. If you correct her and give her a command such as sit she will immediately then sit to be petted. She is a happy exciting dog and needs an owner that will love how happy she is just to be with you! She is an avid chewer and I provide her kongs, bully sticks, etc chewing toys that allow her to chew so that she does not chew on inappropriate things just like you would do for a puppy! She will bark for attention including to go potty and to be loved on by her human. She understands that to be petted she must sit and not jump. She is dog friendly to both male and female and medium and large dog breeds. She is friendly to small dogs and cats but her energy level would be too much for a small animal. She knows her commands: sit, come, stay, off, heel for leash walking, and takes treats very nicely. Her best home must be an active family with older children so she doesn’t get not knock over a smaller child due to her excitement, an active couple, or an active single person. She would not be a good apartment dog; she needs a fenced yard and is not off leash trained without a back yard. She can be the only dog needing plenty of exercise or she could have a doggie buddy that matches her excitement and energy level. She likes to go and play, she likes tennis balls, and she likes all sorts of chew toys. She is looking for her forever active family where she could exercise and run along with her forever humans. Would that be you and your family? On behalf of Karen Perl, the adoption fee is $350. Transport can be arranged after the adoption is finalized. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee will remain the same. Thank you so much for your valuable support in helping these dogs find loving homes
