Caleb! 🐾 Caleb is a 6-month-old Shepherd mix who already weighs a whopping 42 pounds, so he’s definitely going to be a big boy when fully grown! Caleb can be a little shy at first, but he is incredibly gentle and sweet. He gets along well with kids, cats, and other dogs, and truly has the makings of the best boy. One of the cutest things about him is how gently he takes treats — such a polite boy! He’s currently learning basic commands and is still working on potty training. Because Caleb spent the first few months of his life in a shelter, this is his first real experience living in a home. He’s doing great, but he will need a patient family willing to help him continue building confidence and learn the ropes of being a beloved family dog. Due to his size, Caleb would do best in a home with a yard where he has space to stretch those long legs. Caleb does need another confident, social dog in the home, as he gains a lot of confidence from having a canine companion to learn from.
