Pepe will remain in the <strong>Recovery Room</strong> until cleared for adoption. He needs to be neutered. Pepe just arrived. He came to RMCR from a shelter, he was initially a stray. We are not exactly sure of his breed. He could be a cockapoo, maybe with some terrier. Vet will try to destinguish. He is shy at first and takes a while to loosen up.
