Bear is a tiny, handsome young man who is about one year old, 15 pounds, and VERY people focused and affectionate. His foster says that he loves to cuddle up next to her on the couch or in her lap. Bear lived with another dog and got along great. On walks, he does a lot of sniffing, and when he met another dog on a leash, they sniffed eachother and he did very well! Bear came to us when his owner unexpectedly passed away . He lived in a home with other dogs, so we think he would do well in a new home with dogs - but is also fine without. . We are told that he is house and crate trained, and that he is not a barker. He likes to follow his foster around like her shadow, and he goes into his crate happily. He also enjoys scampering in the back yard, playing with toys, getting belly rubs. Bear is a great dog looking for a great home! Bear is brand new to PAW and we will update more as we get to know him better. PAW adopts to MD, DC, southern PA, and northern VA.
