Ryder found himself in a busy Texas shelter until he caught the eye of a rescuer who got him out of there. We believe he is a "Chiweenie" - Dachshund/Chihuahua mix - who is around 7 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He was definitely someone’s baby in the past as he is house trained and loves to sleep on a pillow. Eyes are cloudy but he seems to see just fine. We will provide more info on Ryder as we learn more about him.
